Made from carefully selected estate grown Pinot Gris grapes this next chapter in the Multi Award Winning story of Sparkling Pinot Gris at Brandy Creek Wines has a delicate nose with hints of blossoms, wild honey and delicious apples before a vibrant palate of tangy citrus notes and a refreshing, lingering finish reminiscent of beurre bosc pears.
We serve this delightful celebratory wine with our Tapas prawns pan seared in garlic or chilli.

In a short number of years, this label has achieved extraordinary success, including a trophy or two at wine shows that focus on cool climate wines.
When assessing the 2005 vintage, James Halliday said...
"A truly astonishing wine, made from an unlikely base variety with great skill; the pinot gris must have been picked at exactly the right point, and treated with kid gloves thereafter. Trophy Gippsland Wine Show '07."

Refreshing, vibrant sparkling wine made from the traditional Champagne varieties – Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Juicy, ripe citrus flavours and wild honey characters dance their way across this perfect celebration wine.
We suggest the Menage a Trios with our Tapas calamari grilled with garlic and chilli or with the Tapas deep fried scallops with lemon aioli sauce.
A uniquely Australian take on Spain’s most noble red wine variety. The palate is rich and generous with an array of sweet, dark fruits, a touch of spice and velvety, rounded finish. A riper, fruity version of sparkling red ideally served nice and chilled and consumed in the shade on a warm afternoon.
This softer sparkling red matches well with our Tapas jamon and pan seared seasonal vegetables or the Tapas mussels in garlic and tomato sauce.
A dry, spicy sparkling wine with a vibrant mouth-filling bead and flavours reminiscent of freshly cracked black pepper over juicy strawberries. A fresh, long lingering palate makes this a great wine to match with a wide range of foods from game, to pasta to Tapas.
We suggest the Sparkling Shiraz with our Tapas dates filled with local blue cheese, a sliver of chilli and wrapped in jamon.
Reflecting the cool climate characteristics of the region and the terrior of the vineyard this is a classic fragrant Sauvignon Blanc. An aromatic, rampantly fresh nose of ripe gooseberries, boundless passionfruit and fragrant grassy notes. A tight, zesty palate with fine flinty acidity with lingering flavours of tangy citrus and crunchy stone fruits.
We serve the 2009 Sauvignon Blanc with our Tapas prawns pan seared in garlic or chilli (or both) or our Tapas lemon zest cured salmon on a grilled goats cheese crouton.
Glowing straw to light gold in the glass, this unwooded chardonnay lifts into the senses with tropical fruits set by a mineral freshness in, what is, a restrained style, typical of cool climate. Vibrant and satisfying, this wine fills the mouth with flavour and lingers on the aftertaste.
We serve our Unwooded Chardonnay with Plato Variado - mixed smallgoods and marinated vegetables.
Gleaming light gold in the glass, this chardonnay offers an appealing unity of flavours. Ripe stone fruits lightly dominated by the subtle, back-palate characters of winery technique and maturation, as in the Burgundian manner. The fine, creamy palate has been polished by French oak in what is a generous version of the modern, cool climate style.
We serve our Wooded Chardonnay with our Tapas cured salmon and grilled goats cheese crouton on a bed of roquette.
This estate grown Pinot Gris gleams gold in the glass reflecting a short time on skins during fermentation. The nose is filled with delicate aromas of fresh William pears and citrus blossoms. The mouth by a luscious, rich wine overflowing with juicy pear and ripe nashi fruit characters, before finishing off fresh, dry mineral and lingering.
We recommend the 2009 Pinot Gris with our Tapas deep fried scallops with lemon aioli or our Tapas grilled calamari marinated in chilli.
Gleaming light copper in the glass (from some skin contact during fermentation) this luscious full flavoured sweet wine made from fully ripened pinot gris grapes is balanced by a little tannin at the back of the mouth from a short time in barrel. It is bursting with lovely long flavours of ripe juicy pears smothered in sweet fragrant honey.
We serve this tasty refreshing wine equally with our Tapas roast pork belly and quince or as a dessert wine with warm custard tarts.
A festival of Apricot and Tangerine.
Smooth, sweet with a golden toffee taste.
A light liqueur with a tangy lime taste.
The 2009 Pinot Rose was made from a cross section of Pinot Noir clones. Subtle nose with delicate strawberry and cherry characters lead into a generous palate of fresh ripe red fruits and rhubarb notes. Firm chalky acid takes the wine through to a vibrant, dry conclusion.
This delightful summer wine compliments a range of our tapas but especially our Tapas jamon with pan seared seasonal vegetable.
Ruby red in the glass, this wine shows the reality and potential of the variety in Gippsland. Dark, red and maraschino cherries grace the senses in concert with subtle florals, a distinct savoury edge and elegant oak. All this superbly detailed by a vibrant acidity. Fresh and vital, this pinot noir will blossom over years to come.
We serve our Pinot Noir with the Tapas roast pork belly, rubbed with fennel seed and rosemary.
Estate grown, this famous Spanish variety offers great depth of colour and character. Upon a foundation of delicious tannins, for which this grape is renowned, dark berries, plums, violets and spice provide an inviting backgound for pasta dishes and lighter meats from a fine food wine.
We serve our Tempranillo with Tapas fresh chorizo Spanish sausage pan seared with a View Cafe red sauce or the pan fried kiefalograviera cheese.
This estate grown 2008 Tempranillo was made without any preservative added either in the vineyard or during the winemaking process. A wine of deep, earthy aromas reminiscent of coffee, stewed blood plums and bitter chocolate. The palate is rich and full- flavoured, packed with dark berries and fine cedary tannins.
We serve the 2008 Tempranillo with out Tapas garlic steak with slithers of garlic and parsley or at one of our famous Paella Feasts (see website for details).
This 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon is a fine example of a classic cool climate Cab. And reflects the extraordinary amount of work put into canopy management. Rich, lifted aromatics of blackberries, mint and cedar greet the nose, while the palate is treated to a ripe, medium bodied wine showing lashings of vibrant, clean fruit supported by lingering oak and tannins.
We serve the 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon with our Tapas meatballs in a spicy tomato sauce or our Tapas fresh chorizo in ViewCafé red sauce.
Fine, appealing, briary fruits in a wine of balance and finesse. There’s a light licorice edge to the fruit adding an elegant complexity to an arresting style. This a complete wine which will gain further grace and greatness with maturity.
Recommended with our Tapas garlic steak - porterhouse minute steak cooked with slivers of garlic and parsley or our Tapas mushrooms sauteed with white wine and garlic butter.
A stunning example of cool climate shiraz, this elegant red shows finely detailed varietal character; red berry, plum and white pepper given dimension by lace-like tannins and subtle oak. It is a tour-de-force that highlights the talent of winemaker Peter Beckingham and the growing stature of the Longford Vineyard.
We serve the Shiraz(Longford vineyard) with our Tapas meatballs in a spicey tomato sauce or our Tapas grilled beef skewers marinated with chimichurri.
Classic raisin and Christmas Pudding.
